To Order Simply:
1) Choose the invitation card that you like from the hundreds of designs offered
2) Choose the wording style and other options that appeal to you from the selection offered
3) Complete the order and payment details requested and leave the rest to us

We will then create a proof to show you, as closely as technically possible, how your invitations will look and send this back to you for careful checking. We can return your proof by post, fax or email.

When you have confirmed that the proof is correct we will print your invitations and have them delivered to your door.

How your order will be processed
To order please fill in the information requested below the card of your choice and select from the options available. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the add to basket button at the bottom of the page. Then view your order and complete the checkout procedure.

Within 3 working days of placing your order you will receive a proof to show you, as closely as technically possible, how your invitation cards will look. This will allow you to check the details for accuracy. Should any alterations or corrections be necessary these should be clearly marked and the proof returned to us. At this point you may either give us approval to print with the alterations requested, or request a re-proof, however this and all subsequent re-proofs will be charged at £5 (plus VAT) each. You will NOT be charged a re-proofing fee if the changes needed arise from an error on our part. We will only print your cards after you have confirmed that they are entirely correct by signing and returning the first or a subsequent proof.

Please note that any request to re-print your order due to errors or omissions in the content arising from errors or omissions in the information or instructions supplied by you, or not clearly indicated on any proof sent to you, will be charged at full price without exception.

Your order will usually be printed within 2-3 working days of receipt of your 'Ok to Print' and your invitations will then be posted to you First Class - Recorded, for delivery the following day. In general, you should expect to receive your order between 4 and 7 working days after giving your final approval, however any delays in receiving your 'Ok to Print', or delays in the postal service could add to this time.

Payment
We accept payment by both MasterCard or Visa credit cards by you providing your card details on the Order Form screen, where requested. Payment in full is due at the time the order is placed. A 20% fee will be charged if your order is cancelled before the invitations have been printed, and in full if they have been printed.

Wording your invitation
The wording that we have shown on our site for each invitation card is only an example. You can be creative with your wording by choosing from the options listed or by typing in your own text. You can also choose the typeface and type colour, where a choice is offered.

Invitations - colours
Please note that the colours on posted paper proofs, or the colours viewed on screen from emailed proofs may vary from the finished printed invitations. This is due to the technical limitations of laser printers and computer monitors.

Invitations - sizes
The size of invitations will depend on the style chosen when ordering. Invitations sizes offered include: 148.5 x 105mm (portrait or landscape orientation) and 99 x 210mm (portrait or landscape orientation). The invitations viewed on screen may not be the correct size but will be in proportion.

Invitations - card weight
Full colour invitations are printed onto 250gsm card. Single and two colour invitations are printed onto 335gsm card. Invitations using silver or gold ink are printed on 400gsm card.

Pricing
All prices shown next to invitations include: a proof, printing, envelopes and Recorded Delivery - First Class return post with in the UK .

All prices shown exclude VAT.

Typeface (typestyle)
Where a choice is offered you may choose your preferred typeface from the selection available. The size of the typeface will be adjusted for the style of the invitation and the amount of wording that you have chosen or supplied. We will use our artistic judgement in the arrangement, type size, boldness, spacing, centering, line layout, capitalisation and punctuation used in the design unless you have indicated specific requirements.

Postage
All orders are sent out by Recorded Delivery - First Class Post.

VAT
VAT at 15% will also be added to make up the total price that will be charged to your credit card.

Lost or damaged shipments
In the unlikely event that your order fails to turn up on time or is damaged on arrival, please contact us on 01473 741627 (9.30 am - 5.00 pm).

Guarantee
Print4me guarantees that your order will be printed to look as closely as technically possible to the proof sent to you. However, as the proofs are either screen images (those sent by email) or laser printed (those sent by post) the colours on the finished printed invitations may vary in tone and shade from the proofs.

We further guarantee that should we fail to make a correction or alteration that you have clearly marked on any proof that you have returned to us, we will re-print the invitations at no cost to yourself.

Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any items ordered under any circumstances, nor do we offer refunds. Please refer to the 'Payment' section above for the fee incurred if an order is cancelled prior to printing. Orders cancelled after receipt of your 'Ok to Print' are charged to your credit card in full.

If a package is lost by the Royal Mail, then upon confirmation from them that this has occurred your order will be duplicated and dispatched to you as quickly as possible. If you want your order before the Royal Mail have confirmed that the package has been lost, you can place a duplicate order and pay for this by Visa or MasterCard. Upon confirmation from the Royal Mail that the package has been lost by them we will credit your credit card for the cost of the duplicate order. Any signature received by the Royal Mail for our parcel at your designated delivery address will be regarded as proof that the said parcel has been delivered in accordance with your wishes.
